I disappeared for a little…

This week ive been battling too many things!

First off, my period! I don’t know what happened but I never really got terrible cramps through my freshman year of college but now it’s hell. My back is killing me, my butt cramps up, & worst part… I have this feeling of a constant pinched nerve in my back. I can’t lift, run or do much with out cringing.

Having my period used to be no excuse for not going to the gym but I have not gone since Monday. I feel like crap.

Second, school! (enough said)

Third, my emotions. I’m crying a lot over the smallest thing. I think the only thing that make sense to cry about it Demi Lovato’s documentary, Stay Strong.

Anyway, I did weigh in this morning @ 137.2 (: YAYYYYY! Lol
